Flooded Screw Chiller

The Flooded Screw Chiller is a device that uses water as the cooling medium to provide a cold source for air conditioning systems. With its large refrigeration capacity, it can be combined with terminal air handling equipment to form a large centralized air conditioning system. The unit consists of a twin-screw compressor, a condenser, a flooded evaporator, an electronic expansion valve, an oil separator, and automatic control components. Compared with air-cooled units with the same cooling capacity, this unit is more compact, smaller in size, and more efficient due to the use of specially designed high-efficiency heat transfer tubes in both the condenser and evaporator. Additionally, the absence of a condenser fan results in lower noises.
